Stress is a part of our  everyday life. Unfortunately not all of the stress that we feel and live is good stress (eustress). In fact most of what we feel is not doing us any good whatsoever (chronic stress).

Although stress or more importantly, a certain amount of stress helps us to function

as individuals and achieve what we are wanting to, most of us have far more than what we can cope with.

This not only affects the way in which we experience everyday life but has a huge impact on our health as well. The results of ongoing (chronic) stress puts our entire being under pressure, where if not dealt with and controlled, something has to give. This usually manifests itself initially as minor ailments such as colds and flu, back ache, headaches etc.  However if we

continue to ignore these warning signals then more serious illnesses and diseases such as heart disease, stroke and cancer can manifest themselves.

Ongoing chronic stress severely impacts the bodies natural immune system.

This not only has a severe impact on the individual but also has ramifications for both corporate and smaller businesses as well.
